How find someone on yahoo messenger without a full email address?

How do I find out if someone is impersonating and army soldier from a dating site?

  • Answer:

It is not a scam. I also have bars of gold and I only need your bank account information to give you your share. Oh, and I love you. Please don't fall for these scams. Amazingly enough anything that is too good to be true is not.

Vitcoria , this is a very well known scam which has targeted many women in UK. I read about one woman who thought she would marry the guy, sent him loads of money .. And it turned out he was NOT a US army soldier . The guy had lied about everything to scam her. Be very careful. At the end of the day, US army soldiers don't need your money. They are looked after. And if he wants to make a girlfriend , he won't be asking for money. Don't send any money !! He can send you as many fake IDs , photos as he wants. Fact is , unless you meet him in person and meet his colleagues and see where he works. You'll can't be sure.

Scam...The only gold bars he has are the ones from playing "Battlefield". Don't send him a dime. And cease all contact with him; if he is a good con artist, he will "suck" you in somehow.

Any time your "soldier" asks you for money, you can be assured that you are being set up for a scam. Your "soldier" is 99 percent likely to be a Nigerian, sitting in an internet cafe in Lagos, bragging to his friends about how he set you up and how much money you are going to send him at the the VERY BUSY Western Union office next door. Cease ALL communication with this Bozo immediately.

Since you know nothing about the military, it is a scam whenever a real or fake soldier asks for money. Soldier make twice as much down range and it is all tax free, Nigerian scammers will want you to pay for something, how you communicate with them or get a fake CO to call you or pay for something else, but I have seen real soldiers in chatrooms ask for money as well, so the first time money is needed for anything, it is a scam.
