How did hot dogs appear in America?

Do i have to appear to court i am meant to be going working in america and the court date is half way through?

  • my daughter is planning n working in america for the summer and she has to attend court in august as a witness a man assalted another although she dint actually see the punch that knocked him out the one charged then continued to hit ppl which was witnessed by my daughter what would happen if she didnt turn up for court

If she is a witness I dont think she has a legal obligation to go, i say this due to the fact i was meant to be a witness for someone but i didnt go, and nothing happened to me but that was for some workplace dispute so it may be different depending on the case. These days with webcams and internet maybe there is a way for her to give evidence while abroad, as if she is a witness why should she lose out on work for this thug? but on the flipside why should that guy go free for being an idiot.
