How do I become a community health nurse?

• I am a new registered nurse and I am curious how I can become a community health RN. When I say new, I mean brand spanking new and still haven't had a year worth of experience as a nurse. I might also add that I am having trouble finding work as a newly licensed RN in the state of GA and I really don't even have the money or means to relocate to another area with promising prospects.
