How can I get rid of my love handles?

  • I love every part of my body but my sides. My belly is flat, my legs are in shape and so are my arms, but I have, what looks like to me, the biggest love handles ever! I just cannot get rid of them, I don't know if it's my body type or what! They're not flabby, they're kinda firm, but they stick out bad! Can someone please give me some advice on how to get rid of them? I am doing turbo fire right now, I heard that cardio was good too get rid of love handles, but I don't see any results. Are they're foods that I should eat/avoid or anything? All advice is greatly appreciated! Thanks!

    Cardio is supposed to work maybe you're not committing. How long and often do you do cardio because it takes time to get results. Avoid fatty and high carb food as they store as fat. Also try resistance training eg dumbells on areas where you want to lose weight every couple of days. Don't overwork

Also try resistance training eg dumbells on areas where you want to lose weight every couple of days. Don't overwork

This may sound a little strange, but it could just be your clothes. I notice I have a small indentation at my waist where I always have my pants waist. If you usually wear low cut/hip hugger pants, they could be molding the fat around the waistband. Also, don't wear super tight pants. They act like a girdle so the fat above the waist appears to stick out more.
