Will running help flatten my stomach muscles ?

Well I have a little under two months until summer. I've decided to start running at least 5 days a week as well as changing my diet to more healthy choices. Will doing this help burn fat on my stomach and make a difference on my stomach? Or is this too short of a time period to notice a difference by then. Im going to continue running over my two months of break as well. I'm not over weight or anything, I just have a Tad bit of tummy flab.

There are so many things you can do, Don't exercise for more than an hour in one day, you will benefit more from one hour than you will three. Try different exercises; sit ups, crunches, Dragonfly, lower-body Russian twist, barbell roll out, plank there is so many just type in eg; "Dragonfly exercise" on youtube and that will show you how to do them. Those exercises will help tone up the muscle in the abs. It's 80% diet 20% training, If you want to cut fat and keep it off, find a diet program that you can stick to and stick to it for 4 years, It seems like a long time but thats how long it takes for fat storing cells to die. that's why when people loose weight then put it back on within a week they wonder why.
