Answer:
Well there's always veneers people usually get the top 6 done. There's also a retainer like thing you can get moulded to fit you and it's a brace of perfect teeth say for nights out and stuff. Listerine stay white is good and there's loads of teeth whiteners on the market. Look if there not great teeth you'll get away with it if there white. Makes bad teeth a lot more attractive.

To have clean white teeth, you should do these steps 2-3 times a day and you should never skip a step or 'forget' to clean your teeth. How to have Clean, White Teeth: 1. Rinse your mouth with cold water for about 30 seconds to rid of any loose debris between your teeth. 2. Rinse your toothbrush under cold water and put on a pea sized amount of toothpaste. If you are aiming for white teeth, use a whitening toothpaste. 3. Start brushing gently. Make sure you clean all your teeth, especially the ones at the back. Brush the sides and backs of each tooth and then gently brush the gums. 4. Brush the roof of your mouth and your tongue, and then rinse your mouth out with water, rinse your toothbrush in warm water and proceed to brush again gently without additional toothpaste. Then, rinse your toothbrush well and store it upright. 5. Get a large piece of dental floss and floss in between your teeth. Don't be too forceful or you could make your gums bleed. Move the floss in a C shape around each tooth. Never floss before you brush your teeth. Scientific study shows that brushing your teeth before you floss reduces the amount of bacteria that is pushed into the gums while flossing. 6. Rinse your mouth with some good mouthwash, preferably an antiseptic mouthwash like Listerine. Gargle the mouthwash before you spit it out for about 30 seconds and you will have clean teeth and fresh breath! 7. Optionally, take your toothbrush and wet it until all the bristles are wet. Dip your toothbrush into some baking soda until all the bristles are covered and brush your teeth for 2-3 minutes. 8. Rinse your mouth one last time to complete the wash! If aiming for whiter teeth, use a whitening toothpaste, floss, rinse with mouthwash, and use a whitening gel tray or strip. Keep in mind overuse of a whitening gel can irritate the gums. And avoid dark caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea and soda as they can stain teeth. If you still have a problem with bad breath, try cutting out foods such as garlic and onions, and stop smoking if you do . If your breath is still bad, see your doctor. Visit your dentist twice a year to make sure your teeth are in good condition. You should brush your teeth for around 3 minutes. If you are having trouble knowing when that time is up, use a timer. You should use a toothbrush with soft bristles so that your teeth don't get damaged. Have a good diet. Don't eat too much sugar and drink lots of water. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months. Baking soda is used to clean teeth too. Keep your temperature lukewarm. It's simple science: rapid change in temperature causes teeth to expand and contract; allowing stains to form more quickly. If your toothbrush is too hard or you are brushing too rough, it could wear down your teeth and also your gums. Remember that your toothbrush should have soft bristles and you should brush gently. Don't share your toothbrush with other people, as this can spread germs. If you notice your gums bleeding, you may be brushing too rough. Bleeding gums is a possible sign of gingivitis. You should brush more, but if the gums continue to bleed, see a doctor. Remember to gently brush your gums even after brushing your teeth. Things You'll Need: Dental floss Well bristled toothbrush Mouthwash Whitening gel (optional)

FLOSSING EVERYDAY is a huge help! I did the whitestrips and it completely inflated my gums. Flossing the food particles everyday after each and every meal will help you achieve a whiter smile. If you are that concerned you can speak to your local dentist.
