My girlfriend doesn't eat chocolate I wanna make her a Easter egg out off something and put candy inside?

Buy a plastic egg at the store. Make rice krispie treats and mold them into the egg shape.

Sugar egg, hollowed out and stuffed with whatever or a scene. 2 cups white sugar, a couple teaspoons water. blend one teaspoon water at a time into the sugar just until the sugar is moist. Pack it into egg mold halves and allow to sit an hour then unmold and let sit 6 to 8 hours. Carefully scoop and scrape the soft moist sugar out of center until you have sugar shells. using decorator icing glue the 2 halves together then decorate the egg after placing the goodies or scene inside the egg. with scene be sure to leave a peep hole so she can see the scene without having to destroy the egg!!

You could use marzipan or icing? OR, how about buying a polystyrene eater egg shape (you can get them from craft stores such as Hobbycraft - they're meant for painting and decorating), and buy lots of small sweets (such as jelly beans, gummy bears, jelly babies, fruit chew, fruit pastels, dolly mixtures), and some cocktail sticks. Stick the cocktail sticks into the candies at one and, then insert the other end into the polystyrene egg. Keep doing this until the whole egg is covered in candy! It looks and tastes great, and makes a wonderful gift. Hope this helps! :)
