Do transfer credits count towards GPA?

With 91 credits, a gpa of 2.42, and an associates, will i get into Ohio State University as a transfer?

  • I just finished winter quarter and now have a gpa of 2.4, I also have 91 credits and will have my associates in liberal arts by summers end, around july. I want to get into osu this fall and I have already applied and sent in my transcript. With my current standigs, will I be accepted? By the time I get in, ill have my associates, be going in as a junior and I'm currently remaking a class I got an F in to raise my gpa. I'm in Sinclair Community College at the moment. They have a 2.0 cut-off requirement and on the tour I went on, they stressed that they will accept anyone above a 2.0 but I just need some assurance. https://bigfuture.collegeboard.org/college-university-search/ohio-state-university-columbus-campus?q=Ohio+State+University&searchType=college also, on the actual site, they never list a GPA requirement for transfer students, only a credit requirement. I am going to apply for the GIS (Geographic Information Systems) major: http://majors.osu.edu/pdfview.aspx?id=194 I realize that says Science but I assume thats what they mean. I did PSEO so that might account for something, right?
