Why wont the client of zap hotel work?

  • well, i have been trying for a few months, weeks, now.. but the client for zap hotel wont work for me at all, it works on my sisters laptop, so i dont know whats wrong with mine, but when i click on enter hotel, it comes up with a small box saying 'install adobe flash player' i have got adobe flash player, and even tried clicking on download/install, but it still wont work, it is my favourite game to play on, and i find it really addicting, but suddenly wont work, PLEASE HELP ME FIX IT, OR TELL ME WHAT TO DO TO FIX MY LAPTOP, BECAUSE IT WORKS ON MY SISTERS.
