How long does UPS real time shipping take?

UPS Shipping options from US to Canada delivery time?

I am ordering gaming cards for a tournament from www.TrollAndToad.com which is based in the United States, living in Quebec, Canada, I am wondering how long it would take with the following options -UPS standard to Canada $31.47 -UPS Worldwide Express $51.52 -UPS Worldwide Expedited $48.59 -UPS Worldwide Saver $53.19 I assume Standard to Canada would take a while but do any of you know by any chance the delivery times for each one so I can finally decide which one is best to choose? Thank you so much in advance if you can help!
