FUT12 - Bought a Jumbo Gold Pack, taken money, not given me pack.?

On PS3 FIFA 12 Ultimate Team I had £2.61 left in my wallet. I selected the Gold Jumbo pack worth £2.39, and completed the transaction. It then asked me whether or not I wanted to publish that I had bought a pack on Facebook, of which I had recently de-activated my account on. It must've realised or something, because it said "The username and password are not correct. Some information may have been posted to you wall" (or something like that). So I check, and it has taken my £2.39 but not given me the pack. The players aren't in 'My Club' either. Please help!
