When you get saved, you are saved from death.. that is going to hell for eternity. When you are saved, you live forever.. that is going to heaven for eternity. You can never ever lose your salvation. Jesus died for our sins, which is what He takes away from us whenever we get saved. Of course, you are continually sinning for the rest of your life, but once you are saved, every sin you ever commit is already forgiven. No one can exactly tell you how to get saved, you must do that on your own. All I can say is that when I knew it was time to be saved, there was a little tug or knocking on my heart.. You can never mistake it for anything ele, you know exactly what it is when you feel it. The rest is basically the faith you have in God and asking Him, from the bottom of your heart to save your soul.
