The Dark Knight Rises Box Office Predictions?

• So we all know The Dark Knight Rises is coming this July. I just was to explore how big the movie can do at the box office, then hear what you guys think about my opinions, then you tell me how you think the movie will perform. Some people are saying this movie will underperform at the box office, and say the only reason the Dark Knight was so big was because Heath Ledger died and people wanted to see his last finished work. I sorta agree with that, but after the Dark Knight everybody wanted a sequel. Also word of mouth skyrocketed how much money it made. Now that we are getting a sequel, I think it will surpass the Dark Knight in the box office. Considering all the hype surrounding the movie, and people are interested how this final film in the trilogy will turn out. There is a lot of mystery and questions about this movie that I think gives it even more of a chance of making more money. MIDNIGHT GROSSING - I think it can reach $45 Million (Significantly higher then The Dark Knights $18.5 Million debate. But if the final movie Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2 can gross $42.5 Million, which is based on a book, and probably half the audience as read and knows what will happen. Why cant The Dark Knight Rises, which is a film nobody knows anything about the plot and its the last film in the trilogy with huge hype, gross more then $42.5 Million.) BIGGEST DAY- I think The Dark Knight can gross $100 Million+ on the Saturday after it opens. Beating Harry Potters $91 Million. WEEKEND GROSSING- I think it can take back the crown from Harry Potter, which grossed $169 Million. I think the Dark Knight Rises has a huge shot at being the first movie in history to break $200 Million in one weekend I think The Dark Knight Rises will reach $300 Million in 5-8 days, and $400 Million within 15 days. When its all said and done I think this movie will end up with over $500 Million domestically, and will also probably make $500 Million worldwide also. Making it a $1 Billion dollar movie! I think it could pass Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows part 2 $1.3 Billion to take number 3 of all time grossing films, but if not, I think it will find a nice spot in fourth place.

  i think its gonna beat harry potters record for premiere grossing and weekend grossing but i dont think it will reach 200 mill i am guessing about 185 mill but it will all be beaten by the hobbit when it come out cause the hobbit is one of the most anticpated movies ever since its the prequel to the best trilogy in the history
