How to add HP for my car?

Ok I'm getting into racing and I just bought a 1995 BMW 325i for $3 grand. It has 190HP i6, RWD, 2 door. I want it Fast and reliable I don't care about how much it cost. Im looking at 500hp-1000hp w/ turbo, N20, suspension, tranny, 4 to 1 headers, ect. anything for speed and stability under high RPM's and if I can't get that much HP can I do a V8 engine swap. Sorry I'm pretty new at this. Parts already owned: AEM engine management system (Stand Alone) AEM CAI Racing thermostat (forgot the brand) New wires and better Spark plugs Ps. I can find parts or get them custom made thnx and sorry Pss. The dyno says it making 209HP
