    You can't get rid of them, they are natural and it is basically a substance called melanin in your skin. Some people tan, some people get freckles (sun spots) instead. The only way you can reduce them is to avoid the sun or wear high factor sun screen. There is no way to get rid of them, short of severely burning your face in an accident - which I wouldn't advise.
