What are the best freshwater fishing spots in Massachusetts?

Are there any good fishing spots near columbia sc that do no require boat access?

  • i have recently decided to get back into fishing because the last time i tried to get into it i couldn't find any good spots to fish from the bank seeing as how i do not own a boat. any secret spots or hot spots that have bass, bream, catfish, crappie etc... are welcome im just looking for a good time fishing out on the riveror lake or wherever

Just stop down a few days before going fishing and throw some frozen corn, corn meal w/ ground up earth worms into the water near where you want to fish. The fish will find the free food and start hanging around that area for another free meal. When you come down just bring some more free meals for them and then fish away.
