    I love how I'm EXACTLY the same height and weight as you, and I used to be a flyer at cheer. I was one of the most flexible in the squad, I just stretch EVERYDAY. Theres not more you can do but stretch. I did it just by learning how to do the splits. Then once I did the splits, I could do wine glass and scorpion. So perfect your splits first then move onto things which REQUIRE the ability that splits need.
