How to make your hair shiny and fluffy and soft and lovely?

How do I make my hair soft, shiny, and healthy?

• My hair is fine and straight (natually) and is the color of a new penny.Every morning, I wake up, take a shower, spray heat protectant in it, and blow dry it (medium heat). Then I'll wait a bit while i'm getting dressed and all that, then go to my hair straightener to quickly run it through to get rid of runaway strands (like I said, Im alread naturally straight) and that's all I do. But it doesn't really feel all that soft, you know? And it doesn't really shine all that much. And I think I may have split ends, though I don't really know what those look like.

  Even though you're using a heat protectant spray, you're still using way too much heat. Try to see if you can get away with washing it every other day and start using a deep conditioner.
