How can i make a Body Molding realistic in Adobe Photoshop CS5?

Yeah, i know of a process by which someone puts the face of a person on the body of another but i can't seem to make it realistic. Does anybody have tips or suggestions as to how i can make it look more real. Like... say adjusting the skin tone / color of the face in conjunction to the body's? Thank You. Step-by-Step please.

I recommend changing the brightness/contrast or you can change the hue/saturation by clicking on the tab Image, then Adjustments, then you can choose which one will work for that particular image. If you don't like what you did you can click the tab Edit, then click Undo.
