I am a Mechanical Engineer. How and where to find jobs in oil rig?

Hi i am a mechanical engineer in India now working as a Mechanical Design Engineer in a manufacturing plant. I want to know how and where to start my career in oil rigs. And most of the vacancies that i have come across asks for 3-5 yr experience in this field. Aren't there any options for a fresher in this field?? if yes please help_____________
