How do I move my songs from Itunes to my computer?

I just finished sorting out songs that were all out of wack in Itunes. Now i have these ssame exact songs on my desktop/windows media player; however, the songs on my desktop are all jumbled up. I want to add my organized songs to a usb now and I figured that the usb wont work with Itunes. If there is any way to send my organized music to a USB that would be nice. So can you tell me a way? (Note: I don't have enough USB storage on my phone so transferring through the SD card wont work, and remember that it is totally necessary that I keep the music in order cause thats what this is all about.) Thanks :)
