What is best portable audio tape recorder or recorder?

  • What is best portable audio tape recorder or recorder not for the computer or cell phone, but one of those audio recorders you can travel with and it will record sound and people talking. Now, my question is, do any of you know a good audio tape recorder in the 75 dollar price range that can pick up sound, i mean the one that can pick up sound from furthest away around 75 dollar price range. also, are there any audio tape recorders that very small, pleze list the smallest size portable audio tape recorder or audio recorder for around 75 to 100 dollars? again, pleze dont list any electronic devices if it is over 100 dollar price range, cuz i only have 100 dollars to spend right now.
