Why is the world so cruel?

  • I'm really tired of the world, not earth itself but what some humans are doing to it... Schools teach us to be nice to one another but instead the opposite happens, people get beat up, wars carry on(hasn't previous wars taught anyone anything), religion is suppose to teach you to be nice but people are taking advantage of it, Money seems to be more important than a a humans life itself. People hate others because of colour(really stupid its just a different tone of colour were all the same inside), disability, age, gender , backgrounds etc why don't people see what they are doing? i sound like a child but sometimes death is better as you can rest in actual peace... any other reasons why this world is so cruel? Please state your opinions i would love to read them :) why did i ask this question? to know that i am not the only one who thinks like this :3

    I completely agree with you. The world is a horrible place to live in. People are cruel and violent, and all you hear about on the news anymore are rapes and kidnappings and murders and its sick. Sometimes i feel like death would be the better option too, sadly.

The problem is that the only reason rich countries are rich is because they expliot poor countries. If you live in a 1st world country you probably dont want to move to a third world country.. and the only way a 1st world country can remain "1st world" is to expliot other countries. there is simply not enough resources for everyone person in the world to have the same living standards as 1st world countries there are 2 billion people in china -- there are simply not enough resources on this planet to enable every single person in china to live the same lifestyle as an American citizen

really?? coz where im from (which is earth) everyone is nice to each other, no wars, no crimes, no money problems and everyone of every nation respects one another. nobody litters here and people dont argue...crime rate is zero. haha YA RIGHT!!!!!!!!!

Education is the answer actually, if people leant more about past mistakes in history fewer mistakes would be made today!

The world SEEMS cruel because we wear our hearts on our sleeves and because A-holes see that we are not the evil ones they prey on us. Time to have a poker face with the world until the bad ones get sifted through the cracks of time and only the good show through. Don't believe the world(people) when they smile, act nice or pretend. Get to know them in their own element. See them when they know you are not being seen by them and see how they talk or treat others. Then you will know whether they are kind to homeless, children, colored individuals or minorities. Everyone pretends to be accepted, but if we paid attention when they don't think we are looking, watch how the truth comes out. EVIL will always be evil. It is up to us GOOD natured and innocent ones to carry on leading with good. Love conquers all, good wins in the end because life has a way of balancing the wrongs done to the innocent ones. Sooner or later no one leaves this world without getting theirs. Keep your head up and know that just because we are bombarded with negative crap on the news or media, it does not mean that good ones are not out there contributing to society. The sad thing is that negative things shock the population so it sells more, but there is good. Hang on to that. Know you are not alone in hating the people in the world. Go animal watching at the park, or zoo or at the beaches. Animals are not like humans, but they do show kindness and silliness.

i totally agree!!! i am 13 and my parents brought me up in a way that i would never use violence towards humans or animals i hate the fact that animals,children and even adults get hurt!!! i personally think this is becuase mostly of drugs!!!!!!!!!!! i really wish it would stop!!!!
