Sorry to hear that your mom is making a 13 year old secure a job so you can make your loan payment. You are limited on what you can legally do: http://www.youthrules.dol.gov/jobs.htm Do your parents own a business? You can work for them. Deliver newspapers, baby sit, mow lawns or work in movies or plays. It would technically be illegal, but if you live in a small town and you have a down town section, you could go into each business and see if anyone needs odd jobs done on a regular basis.

You could cut grass and do landscaping around the neighborhood! That's just seasonal work!

Mow three lawns. Wash four cars. Babysit about ten hours. Walk twelve dogs. Or do a little of each.

Impersonate a hobo, act like a hungry child, etc etc. It honestly isn't a bad idea...joking aside.

Go around offering service to people in your neighborhood. ex. Raking leaves
