What are the best Accessories for a new iMac?

I'm buying an iMac tomorrow, is there anything that anyone would suggest me buying, like any accessories?

Why get a Mac? They are extremely overpriced... With $1100-$2100 you could build a PC that is maybe 4x as better than a iMac!! Then again I don't know what you are using it for... If you want to game go for the PC.
