How can I put cheats on my R4?

How can i install cheats on my R4 (for nintendo DS lite)?

• I am a noob using the r4 so please explain very well how to download it to the r4 and apply it to the game. My r4 came with 16 games and all of them had an option of apllying cheats. I recently installed pokemon platinum but it doesnt have an option to put cheats in.. I don't want cheats like summoning pokemon and stuff like that, i just wanted cheats to have loads of rare candys to evolve my pokemon to 100 because they are still lvl 70 and i dont have much time. I also want a cheat to have all the TM and ITEMS. Thanks in advance.
