How do I fix the "Blinking" problem on my DSi?

DSi XL problems..... :( please help?

  • I had lost my charger,and my DSi had been dead for months. (probably 5-8 months im not sure) soooo when i plugged it up and turned it on i had noticed that the bottom screen was dull white with blotches of the original color so i went to brightness and tried to fix it and i didnt work... how do i fix this? ohh and also this problem only occurs on the DSi homepage or when the screen is white

    if it works well when gaming i wouldnt be too worried, ds's are very durable, ive dropped mine, played with broken ones, if it really bothers you thought i dont htink you can fix it yourself, it is probably a problem with the systems memory and how it works so you would have to send it in to nintendo and pay to have it fixed.
