How do i lucid dream again?

  • so i'm 14 if that matters and i really want to lucid dream... again. i've done it before and it was great but i haven't experienced it in the last year and i want to do it again. when i did it last year i didn't even know what lucid dreaming was or how to do it... i just did it! i used to fall asleep to music before and whenever i did i had a lucid dream i also had the ability to remember my dreams and know every single little thing that happened in the dream. usually now i listen to music and turn it off right before i go to sleep and i'm unable to remember my dreams when i do that... so i'm guessing music works for me but what else can i do to try and lucid dream! i'd really like to lucid dream about flying or something! lol so how can i easily lucid dream again?

    Lay completely still with your eyes closed your brain will try to make you move to see if your really ready to sleep.(works best if sleepy) after 20-30 min. of complete stillness you will get a heavy feeling like someone small is siting on your chest. open your eyes. you might begin to hallucinate but you must stay conscious. after little while shut your eyes, you will instantly begin to dream. you may after some practice control your dreams and completely remember them.
