Ice skating help please?

• Well I might be starting ice skating lessons soon and I need some info. 1) what should I wear? 2) do I need to do all 3 ice skating levels before I can do figure skating lessons? 3) do I need my own ice skates? 4) will I be able to have private coaching? 5) when wearing dresses do we HAVE to wear tights? I hope we do because I hate my legs! 6) how can I make over boot tights look good? At the top of the boot it looks all big and lumpy and horrible when you look at pictures. Thanks for the help.   Hi i have been skating not very long less then 2 years and in freestyle 2 what you should wear is something like yoga pants and a t shirt and sweat shirt. for a begginer you may fall a lot while learning the elements. Levels depending on which program if its usfsa (the one i am in) if you are over a certain age you will start in basic one. If you are older you may advance quicker. you own skates are expensive i didnt get mine till basic 8 wich they dont recceomend but if your seriose and want to continue i would get your own. I love jacksons skates. Yes if you choose to you can get your own private coach just ask ur rink about them if you wear a dress you must wear tights they make special tights for warmth and and it keeps from getting scrapes when falling HOped i helped!
