    I would get Skullcandy Skullcrushers. They are a little out of your range. I got my pair for $50, but you can probably get them online for around $35-$40. They are amazing quality, and have mini subwoofers that you can turn on and off (and control how much you want) that amplify the bass.

Sennheiser do a couple of decent quality over ear headphone sets for under $30 which I'd recommend. Either the HD 202 or PC 151 models are pretty good for around $25-35.

just go window shopping and buy some head phones, buy the fake dr dre beats they sound alright there just not real, i got mine over seas and less then $10 for qualilty head phones
