Is it bad if you work well independently but not work well in team work?

On the other hand when work is not well defined team projects, especially if it is a new project, lend to innovation through cross pollinating ideas and building on each others strengths. In reality most teams settle down into a routine where a leader emerges and the other team members move into a hierarchy of tasks. Which is pretty much like working alone. Not really. Your biggest potential problem would be duplication IMO. Teamwork is fraught with danger, usually because one or more member does not do the work and needs to be carried putting them off doing the work in the future.
