What is the best "emoji" app for the iPhone?

I need to ask about the emoji app on the iphone..?

    You don't need an app for those icons. Go to (Settings - General - Keyboard) Choose add new keyboard, and scroll until you see emoji. To use them once the keyboard is pulled up in lets say the notes app, you will see a globe like icon at the bottom to the right of the space key. Click this once, and it should pop up the emoji keyboard.

I just tried it out, and it still works. I have the iPod touch though, so I don't know if it will work on the iPhone.
