    rotary exchange. Seriously there are a lot of things they require. but its really inexpencive. look them up online :) you'll be able to spend a whole year at a japanese highschool! and they don't require you know any japanese. good luck!

But just to make sure, you do have the appropriate, or at least sufficient, reading/writing/speaking skills in Japanese to be able to handle a Japanese school, right? If not, you are looking at some sort of international school and those schools are not cheap. You might want to check with your parents about funding before starting your search.
