Paypal Bank Account Edit?

Hi, I have created my Paypal account from United Arab Emirates,when I go to Profile>Edit Bank Account: and need to enter my bank information,I could not be able to add because on that page my country mentioned is US (I am not from that country) and I need to enter my Bank name with Routing Number and Account Number, So how could I solve this issue as I am not from America but the country automatically mentioned is US.
