Take these steps: 1. Run rkill, just download to the desktop, and double click the icon. No need to install. Read the description, not much to read. Delete when done, you can't update. http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill 2. After rkill has run successfully, run TDSSKiller, use like rkill. Scroll down to the TDSSKiller.exe link to download. http://support.kaspersky.com/viruses/solutions?qid=208280684 3. Update, and run a full scan with MalwareBytes, then your AV. You should be clean now.

I think you can find some reliable help on one of these forums: https://heimdalsecurity.com/blog/best-internet-malware-forums/ Also, keep in mind that Flash does not carry any viruses or infections by itself, but it does have security holes that can give you problems. To better understand how using older versions of Flash that have not been updated to the latest version, I recommend this article: https://heimdalsecurity.com/blog/adobe-flash-vulnerabilities-security-risks/ It explains why Flash is so widely used, how it can be compromised and lead to a nasty virus infection and how you can protect yourself from such infections. Also, always be careful where you download software from. They cam come loaded with malware, spyware, adware or other crapware that can really hurt your system. PS: always keep your software up to date to keep trouble away!
