Why can't I talk to anyone on MSN?

Samsung galaxy S/Talk talk problems. I cant call anyone!?

When i try and call a number it re directs me to Talk talk mobile customer services. I really need to get rid of this. The spoken message says: "This is the talk talk mobile customer services. Your call is important to us and my be recorded for quality and training purposes." Then it goes on about a number i'm calling about, but i'm not even trying to call that number sometimes! Also a little message in a grey box appears that says: "Conditional call forwarding active." How do i stop it from doing this and regain the ability to actually call people!? PLEASE HELP!
