How To Make Resignation Letter?

Is it "coercion" if an office chief ordered a subordinate to make a letter of resignation?

  • There were personal animosities between the chief and the employee and based on these animosities, the chief directed the employee to resign. Scared and defenseless, the employee did wrote a letter of resignation but which, after some reflections, she decided to take back. Thinking that the letter was already forwarded to the company resident for action, she wrote the company president explaining her side and the she is withdrawing the resignation as it was made "under duress". She did not know that the resignation letter was never forwarded to the president. Is there "coercion" or "harassment" in this situation?

  • Answer:

It's both. She needs to take this up with her union.

hahaha I think it would be severely painful for the said employee to work for an 8 hour shift. with slight modifications the resignation could also apply to the work place of the said employee (try to come up with one) cheers ◄RfD►
