Remove small mole on face?

• OK i have very similar to this mole exactly at this area that there is on picture and i got it recently , its little bit smaller but its same place and same looks , this mole started appearing on my face around 1 2 years ago , i have 2 others which are much smaller on my face too . is there any way to remove these type of moles by my self Like freezing it ?also i heard i can use apple vinegar is it safe to use on face skin? https://plus.google.com/photos/115427578875647466147/albums/5586990294981269329/5725217397191438706?authkey=CNjdgpGI6sfUHw This is a pic very similar to mine

  I think, not too sure, but i think, from the picture at least that this may be a skin tag, not a mole. Whatever it is though, please DO NOT do this yourself. Go and see your GP if you do want it removed. if it's a skin tag it's harmless but you can get them removed if they bother you, a doctor should definitely do it though. if it's a mole there's a few things that you should check to make sure they're fine. for example, it should be symmetrical in shape, all one colour, defined borders, less that .5cm there's a couple more but a doctor can easily tell you! The picture does look more like a skin tag though, have a look on some other pictures on the internet at skin tags and moles, you should be able to tell, All the best
