How long will it take to get my money back on a mastercard gift card (some details)?

I used the gift card ($50) to make a few purchases from Amazon. This was the day before yesterday. I decided to cancel one purchase. It showed that i had canceled the purchase on my amazon account, but it still has the deducted amount from my gift card balance. the cancelled purchase is still pending, while the other 2 are completed. Will it automatically go back into my account? Thank you!
