How to un-jailbreak a tethered iphone 4?

i want to un-jailbreak my iphone to factory settings. ad i want to keep the photo's, apps and music's on my iphone. but my iphone is a tethered jailbreak, meaning when it get's turned off it will be stuck on the apple logo when you turn it back on. i just want to know how i can un-jailbreak my tethered iphone 4 5.0.1 and keep the data on it. please help?!
