Can you use internet on 360?

Is there a place I can take my Xbox 360 and use free, High-speed Internet?

• So as the question says, I am looking for a place to take my 360 during the day and play online. I was thinking about Starbucks, but I have no idea if I am allowed to do so. Now before you instantly say no because I would have to bring a TV, I am getting a G155, which is this thing here ----> http://images.gizmag.com/hero/gaems-g155-case.jpg <--- As you can see, it basically makes a PS3/360 into a laptop in a way. You would only need one outlet to plug two cables into, then you're ready to go. Since it made the 360 more portable and easier to use, I had no idea if I would be allowed to bring this into Starbucks for a good 3-5 hours..Yeah, I like to game a lot when I'm off. :) I also don't use chat, and muting the game wouldn't bother me. If it isn't possible to use Starbucks' internet, can someone suggest another place I might be able to go to for a few hours and just game? Living in the country sucks, especially when I am just 3-4 miles out of reach of a great internet provider. :( Thanks to whoever helps out..
