How to remove an MSN virus?

How do i remove this virus from MSN?

  • I don't know how, but since saturday, my windows live messenger got a virus. After 10 mins it says 'logged on 2 computers', directly, my profile icon changes to a naked girl, sometimes doing dirty things, then this 'bot' talks to people asking them to go to a site to see more of their pics. I tried scanning my PC with AVG, found nothing! Please help!

    You should go in safe mode and remove all your av's and security softwares. And then just install avg free from the site.Update it and run antirootkit scan and full system scan.Then defragment all your local drives ,it will b alright guaranteed. i have used norton kaspersky bitdefender avg avast nod32 eset quick heal mcafee malwarebite and many more .......best is eset but it is not free and then avg it is free

You have a spyware which your stupid and lame AVG can't detect. Scan with this one: http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free And do yourself a favor. Switch to Avast: http://www.avast.com/free-antivirus-download However, I would suggest that you get the pro version or at least try the 14-day version of MBAM pro to protect you from spyware that most antivirus programs, even the paid-for ones can't detect.
