What is magistrates court like?

What do you think about Family Court magistrates who do this to fathers?

• My ex has made child abuse allegations against me since we separated 10yrs ago. However, she started making serious child abuse allegations about a year ago. Despite no evidence and police and DoCS investigations showing her claims were completely false, I still havent been able to see my kids, except through Supervised Contact sessions which my solicitor arranged it privately with her. I went before Magistrate Bowman in Brisbane. I showed him the reports and her history of false allegations. Yet, because she had not shown any evidence, he gave her a 2 week extension to produce evidence (this is 6mths after I made the initial application). I then pushed my point with him. Thr result... Magistrate Bowman suspended my orders (which werent being followed anyway) and threw out my application. My solicitor had to start it again. Now, 14 mths later, a family report shows that my exes boyfriend had a drinking problem and was physically abusive. Now she is getting back with him. Thanks to Magistrate Bowman, I cannot do anything except wait 6mths+ for the evidence to be produced at trial. What do you think about Family Court magistrates like Bowman and how they treat fathers?
