How to lose weight and get a flat stomach+gap between legs?

Step one = Drink 8 cups of water. Dude tis step is like sooooo important. Everytime you want to drink something OTHER than water.... jsut drink water. It helps you loose weight and its good for body and skin lol Step 2 = Dont think about junk food. DONT THINK DONT THINK Dont touch them. Dont eat them.... DONT EVEN LOOK AT THEM~~!!! The best way to not to eat them is NOT to BUY THEM. When u relllly want to eat JUNK FOOD , drink half a bottle of WATER not soda, coffee or something like that.... than get ur favorite FRUITS... u no their pretty good..... Step 3 = Eat a healthy BREAKFAST ( some heathly ceral + alot of milk with a apple , banana , or grapes ) Lunch ( good size .. not like HUGGEE ) and finally dinner ... ( good size lol ) by the way breakfast is the most important meal of the day Step 4 = Exerise ... dude if u want to skip tis step than forget about loosing weight..... just forget it .. llmao.. noooo,..... seriesly forget it just exerise for AT LEAST 30m per a day..... Tips~! ur fav music on? = dont sit ... DANCE cant go outside nd run? = Just run up the stair and down and up and down for 30m... also if u can jsut go outside and RUN RUN RUN .. RUN AS IF U TOOK SOME CHICK"S BF AND SHE"S HOLDING A KNIFE AND CHASING U ... RUN LIK A BI***TCH lol jk XD but seriesly just go outside and run half a mile , 1 mile etc... I don't think you need to loose tons a weight I think you just need to tone your body ... Run like you've never ran before trust me you'll loose weight from everywhere and eventually have a nice tones butt!!! Some people run for 9 min and walk for 45 min .... So like I said you really don't need it 127lbs is actually good weight but we all have that skinny fat stomach... Or dance for 1hr and try to really move those hips so you can contract the muscles in the stomach and get thosesexy flat abs..
