Can you have two majors in college?

Answer:
Yes, at most schools you can have two majors. But be careful about overloading yourself. In any case, many of the classes for English and Literature overlap. The class requirements for two majors are the sum of the requirements for the two majors individually, although of course you do not need to take classes that overlap twice. You didn't ask, but the bigger question is, what are you going to do with that degree after you get it? You can teach in high school, but you'll need to get a teaching credential. You can teach at the college level, but you'll need to get a Ph.D. for that. Outside of teaching, career prospects for Liberal Arts graduates can be limited. If that's what you really want to do in life, go for it. But have a career plan in mind. more college advice https://sites.google.com/site/paul7collegeinfo/

Yeap. One of my sisters just graduated with a triple major, and my other sister and my brother with double majors. The triple is in computer science, math, and physics. My brother is in math and physics. So, English and a romance language/literature should be super doable as long as you are willing to put the time and effort into it. The qualifications would just be completing all of the classes that are required for both of those majors. If none of the classes overlap for the two fields you would take, essentialy, twice the classes, but for English/literature most of the classes should overlap, and a lot of them should if you did English and another romance language. Best of luck:)

Depends on the college you attend.. some do and some don't. But a double major seems like suicide to me..
