What CSI miami episode is this? please answer!?

  • I'm sorry if this is really vague but there is this scene where its a slow motion shot of a gun being shot at someone and the person is in an elevator and gets shot in the side of the mouth as the elevator door is opening and the detectives think it is a hotel employee but it ends up being a member of a gang. Also the dad of the boy who was shot is angry at the hotel employee that he thinks was the one who shot his son so he goes to the construction site where the employee works and beats him with like a 2X4 piece of wood.
