The hardware should be compatible, unless some pieces don't play nice with each other. the only problem i see is that you have 2 PCI cards, and only one slot. if you would like, i can make a couple of sugestions. in the future, why don't you try the Memory Express system configurator. it won't let you asemble icompatible hardware. http://www.memoryexpress.com/systemconfig/default.aspx
