Where is the PAL setting in my XBox 360?

Xbox 360 DNS Setting Error?

I need help connecting my xbox 360 to the internet. I've gone through just about every single trouble shooting step I can find, Manual DNS assignment, setting to automatic and resetting to defaults, etc. And nothing seems to be working. I'm currently using my laptop as a wireless router and have it connected via an ethernet cord to my laptop, have bridged the connections and all, and after wrestling through IP troubleshooting, among other issues, this seems to be the very last problem to come up. Please tell me what to do here, I'm completely out of ideas.
