My coach always has do these types of things during the winter and summer to stay in shape. 1) run a 1 1/2 mile under 12 min (work your way up to it) 2) 3 sets of 50 sit ups and 10 push ups 3) 6x 120 yard sprints under 20 sec 4) 30 min of ball work (juggling, dribbling, working on moves, or just passing with friends, really whatever you feel like doing) 5) eat lots of fruits, vegetables, and meat. Don't stock up on junk food. 6) drink plenty of water(:

I know it sounds counter intuitive, but the best way I've ever known to improve soccer skills is racket ball. Soccer is a reflex game. The better your reflexes are, the better you are at it. I've never known anything better than racket ball for improving reflexes.

look into getting a few of your friends and maybe renting an indoor area to play around once or twice a week to stay sharp. i hate running on a treadmill but with all the snow on the ground i force myself to, in order to maintain shape. if you do not go to a gym a stongly suggest signing up and working out. chest/triceps back/biceps legs/abs shoulders/abs. this is the workout schedule i follow though by searching online you can find others you like better. if you cant find a gym or anywhere to play then just try juggling a ball around just to get some touches. hope this helps.
