In a UK University, can I study both Acting and English?

I'm from the US, and I was wondering if you can do anything similar to a US "double major" in the UK. I'm looking into going to a school in either England, Scotland, or Ireland. I would really like to pursue acting, but I would also like to be qualified to teach English (which I love) at a high school level in case acting doesn't work out. Is there a way I could do both? And if so, what are some university in those countries that you would recommend? Thank you!!!
